Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Wilderness Wisdom: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom Knives (made to your specifications)
  • Bushcraft Knives that show signs of use
  • First Aid kits with broken seals
  • Food items
  • Fire Starter Kits that have been opened

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps like you’d follow a trail map:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Approval: Our bushcraft-savvy team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package Securely: Once approved, repackage the item with all original materials
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your return tracking number for reference

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – your gear is as important to us as it is to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
