Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking available

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom Knives (made to your specifications)
  • Bushcraft Knives that show signs of use
  • First Aid kits with broken seals
  • Food items
  • Fire Starter Kits that have been opened

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps like you’d follow a trail map:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our bushcraft-savvy team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package Securely: Once approved, repackage the item with all original materials
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to:

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – your gear is as important to us as it is to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Damaged or Defective Items
